In the area of social service, Felician Sisters minister as counselors, clinical supervisors, instructors, service coordinators, tele-donors, receptionists/dispatchers, administrative directors, administrative assistants, client advocates and aides.

In the area of pastoral ministries, Felician Sisters minister as pastoral associates, directors of liturgy, religious education, family ministry and Christian formation. We serve as spiritual directors, retreat directors, spiritual enrichment facilitators, auditors and field advocates in the marriage tribunal.
The role of a sister in a pastoral ministry is unique to the parish or setting in which she serves. All is done to build community, unify the group, "restore" what has been "broken" in the relationship between an individual and the Church.
